hilton head.
Every year, for the past three hundred and seventy years, our family comes together for one week to do absolutely nothing--well, other than drink diet coke and rotate our chairs according to the sun. I think we like to pretend like it is the only time of the year we are going to see each other, but we all know that isn't true. Although, I do think it might be the only time we are all together. It's always filled with lots of laughter and reading and peanut m&ms and making fun of each other and fighting (but what would family be without it? Plus, we always laugh about it later.) . My family is the greatest, and Hilton Head should feel lucky to have us grace it with our presence every year. Actually, I'm grateful the sand hasn't been swept away yet. Until next year, HHI.
